The Travelpro Crew 11 Expandable Spinner Carry-On Suiter Suitcase is the civilian version of the famous traveler's bag that professional flight crews have depended on for decades the world over. Includes an external USB port for powering up any USB-powered device from the dedicated charger pocket that makes searching for an open wall outlet a thing of the past (portable charger/power pack not included). Constructed of high-quality ballistic nylon with a DuraGuard coating for stain and scratch resistance, this durable luggage rolls along smoothly in any direction without drifting on eight MagnaTrac self-aligning wheels. The carry-on bag is pulled by a PowerScope Extension Handle that reduces wobbling and features stops at 38", 40" and 42.5" lengths. Smart packing is easy and secure in this durable suitcase that expands two extra inches and offers a deluxe suiter to help keep suits, dresses, and dress shirts wrinkle-free during transport, adjustable hold-down straps, a full-length interior lid pocket, wet pocket and damage-resistant SUPRA Zipper heads. This carry-on bag has been sizer-bin tested to accommodate overhead bin space on most major US airlines. Exterior: 100% nylon. Lining: 100% polyester. Imported. Includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
THIS IS THE ONE TO BUY!
I’ve now used this bag for two trips, so I know it fairly well at this point.

A great upgrade from my old TravelPro that lasted over 16 years and 1.5 million miles (and still works, albeit looking really worn). So far I used the new TravelPro Crew 11 on a single trip. It is easy to roll in the airport, hotel, in the plane, and outside. Virtually effortless. What’s really good is that my suit arrived almost without wrinkles after a 3.5 hour flight and a 40 min Uber ride. The suitcase is very lightweight. It easily fits overhead (on American Airlines). It looks good as well. Haven’t used the USB feature yet, but it’s pretty cool to have it. A great purchase and a great job, TravelPro!
I’m pretty particular about luggage
Having acquired over a million frequent flyer miles, I’m pretty particular about luggage. This one is the best I’ve every owned. It’s extremely light. It rolls smoothly–I mean really smoothly–through the airport. It’s almost effortless to push this thing. The charger pack allows me to sit anywhere in the airport without fighting for a spot next to the charger. The zippers are big and seemingly bullet proof. It fits nicely in the overhead bin, and the reduced weight makes it less dangerous to get it up there without hurting someone. It’s a solid little suitcase, and I wouldn’t trade it for any other. I bought one for my wife and gave all the Samsonites to my kids. Don’t bother with that off-brand stuff from the department stores. It fits nicely in the overhead bin,
Planes, Trains, and Automobile Tested in Europe.
I am a very seasoned traveler with over 3+ million American Miles not including the other airlines. I seldom if ever check luggage, and I have a very Tumi Ducati Red Hardside carryon that has lasted the past 8/9 years. I had a last minute trip to EU, that was going to last me for 2 weeks and it was planes, trains, and automobiles. I bought this days prior, and began to roll 2 weeks of business casual clothes inside it. With a proper ironing with each stop the luggage held up with excellent performance. Dallas to Sweden, Sweden to Denmark, Denmark to Barcelona, Barcelona to London- where I had to walk my luggage through the streets of London with no issues with the wheels. EuroStar to Brussels, Brussels to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Germany, Germany to Lyon France, Lyon to Milan, Milan to Rome, Rome to Zagreb Croatia. I am on my return to Dallas and the luggage is a complete winner. Take it from an experienced traveler, this luggage has taken a beating in the first two weeks. The true answer will come if it last 8/9 years like my Tumi and my other Travelpro from my past.
Great bag. Sturdy
Great bag. Sturdy. The side charging pocket is not as useful as it is made out to be. It is very useful for holding a bottle of water or a bottled soft drink when moving thru the airport. NO issues with the wheel or fitting in normal overhead bins. Some reports of the narrow opening but I have no issues putting a suit in the bag. I’ve on about 20 flights so far. Worth it.
The Crew 11 has better layout than the Crew 9
The Crew 11 has better layout than the Crew 9. Sleek, durable, and professional. The power pack sleeve allows me to charge three items at once because I purchased a RAVPower 26800 that fits in the sleeve and has awesome storage capacity. My biggest pet peeve at airport is finding power receptacles- no more!
